What you'll do

Design sensor modules including electro-magnetic and circuit modeling.
Define end-to-end system specifications for sensors, signal processing, and ASIC performance.
Scope new sensor technologies and conduct proof-of-concept investigations.
Review and define algorithms for signal and noise conditioning requirements.
Optimize designs across mechanical, material, process, and manufacturing boundaries.
Perform failure-mode and root-cause analysis using system-level problem solving and statistical data.
Support new product definition through engineering analysis and competitive research.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
A Master's or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
Strong fundamentals in analog, mixed-signal, and electro-magnetic systems are required.
Proficiency in simulation tools such as FEA (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell), MATLAB, Python, or SPICE is required.
Experience with system-level design is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
Solid teamwork and leadership skills are preferred.
