  • Lead a global engineering team and partner with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and adoption.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of technology leadership in regulatory compliance or tax technology.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in global financial institutions.
  • Expertise in intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR, and NLP for automation.
  • Strong command of workflow orchestration, BPM platforms, and rules engine design.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Java, Angular/React, Oracle, and cloud-native development.
