What you'll do
- Design and oversee the integration of complex MarTech stacks including DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and internal decision engines.
- Establish engineering standards for continuous marketing systems to move away from episodic campaigns toward data-driven execution engines.
- Lead technical due diligence for third-party MarTech software to ensure seamless interoperability with internal APIs and data structures.
- Define and enforce technical standards for integrating AI models into the marketing workflow to automate content generation and audience segmentation.
- Develop frameworks to optimize campaign relevance on AI platforms by enhancing data feeds and model-friendly content structures.
- Enhance internal advertisement decision engines to support multi-touch attribution and real-time performance adjustments.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership within MarTech or AdTech.
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, RTB protocols, and advertisement decision engines.
- Proven ability to integrate AI models into production environments for personalization and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of data-to-decision pipelines, identity resolution, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership on technical roadmaps.
- Ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex technical SOWs with global vendors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
