What you'll do

Apply computer science and mathematical analysis principles to develop software for target applications.
Develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software based on operational performance requirements.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle for embedded real-time control systems.
Create software test procedures, programs, and related technical documentation.
Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
Identify, track, and repair software defects during peer reviews.
Write code using various languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, or SQL across multiple platforms.

What we're looking for

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field at an accredited university.
Ability to apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts in software development.
Experience with various programming languages such as C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, HTML5, XML, SQL, Perl, Python, Ajax, or Qt.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, and embedded real-time operating systems (preferred).
Familiarity with technologies including .NET, SOA, Real-Time Controls, Wireless, Software Security, Robotics, OOA/OOD, Hadoop, Android, or Embedded Systems (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain the required security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
