What you'll do

Apply computer science and mathematical analysis principles to develop software for target applications.
Develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software based on operational performance requirements.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle for embedded real-time control systems.
Create software test procedures, programs, and related technical documentation.
Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
Identify, track, and repair software defects during peer reviews.
Write code using various languages like C++, C#, Java, or Python on multiple operating systems.

What we're looking for

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field at an accredited university.
Ability to obtain a security clearance (limited to U.S. citizens).
Experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, HTML5, XML, SQL, Perl, Python, Ajax, or Qt.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, and embedded real-time operating systems like VxWorks, QNX, or Integrity (preferred).
Knowledge of technologies including .NET, SOA, Real-Time Controls, Wireless, Software Security, Robotics, OOA/OOD, Hadoop, or Android (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
