The Integration/Test Engineering Intern joins the engineering team to support the setup, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test. This role involves loading software onto multiple devices and developing cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and full systems. The intern will contribute to the development of test plans, requirements traceability, test reports, and case designs while documenting failures and performing results analysis. Key responsibilities include participating in formal systems acceptance testing, presenting test strategies to customers, and supporting failure review board meetings. Preferred technical skills include knowledge of communications systems, software programming languages, automated software testing, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and mechanical design.
