You will coordinate the installation and readiness of Microsoft-owned systems, managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across internal teams, construction partners, and vendors. Key responsibilities include facilitating the deployment of network and security systems, managing procurement, and overseeing vendor performance. Required skills include project management, stakeholder communication, and experience in complex construction environments. The role specifically addresses the technical infrastructure challenges of building dedicated online services for U.S. Government federal missions.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and readiness of technical infrastructure systems and equipment.
  • Facilitate the deployment of network, security, and operational technology systems required for facility operations.
  • Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, and performance of external vendors and service providers.
  • Track project performance, monitor compliance, and implement corrective actions to address identified risks.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key performance indicators to all relevant stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
  • Must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
