The Integration Specialist (Starlink Aviation) - 2nd Shift joins the Starlink Aviation team to execute hardware assembly, testing, integration, and reliability for aviation products. Required skills include interpreting cable harnesses, wiring diagrams, and schematics, alongside experience with soldering, wire crimping, and 3D printing. Technical proficiency in Linux, Windows, Git, JIRA, Altium, Mentor PCB, NX, Bash, and Python is required to solve aviation connectivity problems.

What you'll do

Install and repair Starlink products for aviation systems under strict FAA and Warp guidelines.
Operate and report data for vibration, shock, thermal, RF, and load testing.
Create and document test processes using Test Plan, TestX, and Warp features.
Design, procure, and perform mechanical and electrical assembly for mission-specific test systems.
Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time to eliminate repeat technical problems.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and conform to engineering specifications.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
2 years of experience in an electrical or mechanical test/integration environment, or a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible for Department of State authorization.
Experience working on aircraft or with aviation/aerospace related hardware (preferred).
A&P certification (preferred).
Inspection authorized (IA) certification (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience in a related field (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including wiring diagrams, schematics, and GD&T (preferred).
