Integration Project Manager, Healthcare, EHR

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of healthcare interfaces including creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Oversee project schedules, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope and develop repeatable processes for deployment.
• Document, brief, and escalate risks and issues while executing specific mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Integration Architects and deployment teams regarding interface readiness for validation events.
• Create and maintain the Interface JIRA backlog based on the Agile delivery Work Breakdown Structure.
• Prepare status reports and executive-level presentations for upper management regarding project progress.
• Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure all deliverables remain within the applicable scope and budget.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a valid security clearance.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be willing to work from the Arlington, VA office four days per week.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% within the DC metro area.
• Must have strong project management skills with a proven ability to provide functional and technical guidance.
• Must have experience managing healthcare interfaces, including creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Must be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to manage project scope and budget.
• Must be able to manage project schedules, risks, and issues while maintaining a JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery.
