Integration Engineer 4, SQL Server DBA

What you'll do

• Serve as a domain expert on database architecture, infrastructure design, and data management strategy.
• Establish and enforce database operational best practices, change control standards, and process improvements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-severity database incidents, architectural risks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Architect and tune large-scale, mission-critical OLTP database environments for high throughput and low latency.
• Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions using Always-On Availability Groups and Replication.
• Lead end-to-end planning for database patching, version upgrades, backups, restores, and decommissioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise risk management, SOX, and PCI compliance requirements.
• Upskill and mentor junior and mid-level DBAs to foster technical expertise and continuous learning.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL Server database administration, high-volume performance tuning, and database architecture (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience configuring and maintaining SQL Server Always-On Availability Groups and transactional replication (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience with database security, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI) (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience with enterprise monitoring, alerting, and automated database management platforms (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
