What you'll do

  • Own and manage all powerplant test activities from concept to production.
  • Develop, review, and execute efficient test plans for system integration.
  • Lead the integration of engines, generators, and fuel systems on bench rigs.

  • Support development and operation of Powertrain surrogate for integrated testing.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in integration and test of internal combustion engines or hybrid powerplant systems
  • Extensive knowledge of engine testing, including dynamometer operation and FADEC/ECU calibration
  • Experience developing and operating test cells for development and qualification programs
  • Strong foundation in data acquisition setup and sensor installation
  • Familiarity with high voltage system safety protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Ability to coordinate multi-site and supplier test activities
