What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in developing and operating HIL/HITL/Iron Bird environments for flight vehicles or complex autonomous systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or aviation-related technical discipline
  • Experience with real-time simulation environments, hardware emulation, closed-loop test configurations, and HIL platforms (dSPACE, NI, Speedgoat)
  • Design and build integration test benches including power distribution, signal routing, harnessing, and mechanical fixturing
  • Strong foundation in data acquisition setup, sensor selection, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Serial), and command line interface
  • Adept at working safely with high voltage systems for integration, checkout, and testing
