What you'll do

Own and lead structural test activities from materials characterization to full-scale testing.
Develop, review, and execute right-sized structural test plans for various components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural, Civil, or related engineering discipline
5+ years of experience in structural testing of aerospace or automotive structures
Experience with composite materials testing including coupon, element, and full-scale structural tests
Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) correlation for test planning
Strong foundation in data acquisition setup and operation, including proficiency with structural test instrumentation
Ability to coordinate with analysis teams for model validation through FEA predictions and test results correlation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for broad audiences
