What you'll do

  • Design, build, and automate software platforms and tooling for development, simulation, and deployment environments.
  • Bridge the gap between core software platforms and diverse infrastructures including cloud, on-premises, and edge hardware.
  • Manage infrastructure problems across complex systems and established codebases.
  • Develop tools to support mission autonomy and multi-domain robotic systems like Fury and Barracuda.
  • Manage high-performance compute environments involving GPU/CPU accelerated workflows.
  • Oversee physical rack-based deployments for defense technology products.
  • Maintain and optimize software infrastructure supporting the Lattice OS platform.

What we're looking for

  • Must hold an active U.S. Secret or higher security clearance.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on infrastructure problems.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with scripting languages like Go or Rust.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or NixOS in production environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and established code bases.
  • Preferred experience in simulation, high performance compute management, or GPU/CPU accelerated workflows.
