What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical expert during client recovery engagements, guiding infrastructure rebuilds and application restorations.
  • Advise clients on secure recovery strategies to minimize future cyber risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical recovery guides and runbooks for complex environments.
  • Deploy and validate cyber recovery tools to ensure they are ready for operational use.
  • Assess and enhance the technical skills of recovery team members through targeted training programs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience across servers, storage, networking, and cloud.
  • At least 3 years of cyber recovery or disaster recovery experience with resiliency expertise.
  • Proven management and client-facing experience for at least 5 years.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAN/NAS environments and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience building and maintaining technical runbooks and recovery playbooks.
  • Strong mentoring skills to develop technical teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
