What you'll do

  • Monitor mission system alerts and health indicators to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Identify and respond to system-level degradations by performing initial analysis and corrective actions.
  • Execute routine maintenance activities such as service restarts and log reviews.
  • Manage incident backlog, providing timely triage and documentation in ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve system outages and performance issues.
  • Contribute to operational documentation and standard operating procedures for consistency.
  • Utilize automation tools to enhance monitoring efficiency and response times.

What we're looking for

  • Current active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure hardware and software maintenance and administration.
  • Experience monitoring system alerts and health indicators in a production environment.
  • Working knowledge of configuration management principles and change control processes.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise systems using structured diagnostic methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident tracking and documentation.
  • Foundational understanding of networking principles, including Cisco technologies.
