Infrastructure Data Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop data ingestion processes from infrastructure monitoring platforms, cloud systems, and enterprise databases.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to cleanse, transform, and validate data from disparate sources.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python-based solutions for automated data processing.
• Create Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, blending, and analytics reporting.
• Analyze infrastructure data to identify trends, risks, performance issues, and capacity constraints.
• Develop API integrations between internal and external platforms to reduce manual effort and improve data timeliness.
• Manage source code and deployment pipelines using SDLC methodologies, including version control and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure all analytics assets comply with enterprise data governance, security, and audit requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Excel.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in SDLC practices including Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure, cloud, or operational technology data (preferred).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake (preferred).
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms like Datadog, Splunk, or ServiceNow (preferred).
