Information Technology (IT) Internship – Summer 2027 offers students the opportunity to join a technical team focused on planning, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support critical decision-making for business partners. Depending on your specific track, you will engage in various core functions: Data Analysis involving machine learning, predictive modeling, SQL, statistics, and visualization tools like Python, R, and Tableau; System Analysis focusing on troubleshooting production systems, creating specifications, and conducting QA testing; or Project Management utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with Tableau for risk management. The role addresses the technical challenge of supporting organizational infrastructure through robust data analysis, system reliability, and structured project oversight. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to succeed in these diverse technical tracks while solving complex problems within the company's technology ecosystem.
Plan, design, and implement technology solutions to support the decision-making needs of business partners.
Perform data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or Tableau for predictive modeling and visualization.
Conduct root cause analysis for 2G–5G network issues and execute test plans.
Troubleshoot and analyze production systems and applications to ensure operational stability.
Create and review system specifications while conducting quality assurance testing.
Manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies to track status and risks.
What we're looking for
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September).
Expected graduation date must be November 2027 or later.
Candidates with an anticipated graduation between November 2027 and June 2028 are preferred.
Must possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work as a team player and collaborator.
Data Analyst track requires experience in ML, predictive modeling, SQL, statistics, and tools like Python, R, or Tableau.
System Analyst track requires experience in troubleshooting production systems, creating system specifications, and conducting QA testing.
