What you'll do

Support security engineering and the deployment of security technology for threat and cyber operations.
Perform weekly vulnerability scans and coordinate with system owners to ensure results are forwarded for analysis.
Conduct technical analysis of scan results and prepare monthly written reports for the government.
Lead security assessments by defining scope, developing test plans, and briefing findings to stakeholders.
Support the baseline compliance of information systems through the DHS certification and accreditation process.
Review and document the status of all ongoing ATO, ATC, and IATT authorizations in the Project Plan.
Develop and maintain Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation and update security posture records for government review.
Create a schedule for the submission of Assessment & Authorization (A&A) packages.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and relevant experience or Master's degree and relevant experience.
Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
6+ years of experience in Information Assurance Management and Security+ or similar certification (preferred).
Extensive experience with RMF, ICD-503, and developing security accreditation packages (preferred).
