What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Alternatively, must have a High School Diploma/GED and five or more years of experience supporting business or technology systems.
  • Experience includes helping users solve issues, gathering requirements, testing system changes, and working with technical and business teams.
  • Experience using SQL to query, manage, and analyze data is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software for reporting and business insights is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
