What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
2+ years of experience in simulation modeling, production planning, or industrial engineering.
Proficiency with discrete event simulation platforms (FlexSim, Simio, AnyLogic).
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience writing scripts and automating processes for production control tasks.
Willingness to integrate new technology into manufacturing workflows.
Secret security clearance required.
