What you'll do

Produce and maintain capacity models to define labor planning and capex requirements.
Design facility layouts and production lines using CAD and simulation software.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and variability issues across disciplines.
Use data-driven approaches to improve throughput in manufacturing processes.
Lead the design of production lines for both low-rate and full-rate production.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in high-rate manufacturing with complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
Expertise in factory layout design, value stream mapping, and continuous flow production systems.
Proficiency in digital simulation tools like Siemens Plant Simulation for modeling production lines.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation strategies.
Ability to read technical documentation and understand various hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP, WMS, and MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated willingness to take on substantial responsibility across multiple functions.
