Industrial Engineer, Labor Management & Distribution Science

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy comprehensive labor management programs for workforce optimization.
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on process optimization and cost reduction.
• Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and improvements.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industrial engineering solutions effectively.
• Train and guide interns, new hires, and other engineers in project management practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering, operations research, or statistics.
• Three years of experience in labor management program engineering and labor standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Strong problem-solving skills using SQL, analytics, simulation, and project management tools.
• Experience with distribution automation technologies and financial responsibility for projects.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for influencing decision-making.
