Incident Manager

What you'll do

• Lead real-time responses to high-impact operational and cyber-security incidents across global banking environments.
• Coordinate technical teams and domain owners to ensure incident workstreams move forward without stalling.
• Make and communicate decisive actions in real-time when information is incomplete or priorities shift rapidly.
• Establish clear ownership for each incident while challenging assumptions to drive toward root cause and mitigation.
• Apply regulatory requirements such as DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI DSS to incident management and reporting.
• Drive organizational change by ensuring lessons learned from incidents are converted into actionable improvements.
• Participate in a compensated on-call rotation as part of the core incident response team.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading high-impact incidents as a cyber incident manager or operations lead.
• Background in incident management, specifically cyber incident response or blue-team work.
• Strong technical understanding of the infrastructure underpinning financial services and banking environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or another large-scale cloud environment.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively with multiple stakeholders during high-pressure scenarios.
• Knowledge of regulatory incident obligations including DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
