What you'll do

Design and implement federation identity and access management solutions aligned with business requirements.
Integrate federation technologies with enterprise systems using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
Develop custom authentication experiences using Okta APIs, SDKs, and widget-based login flows.
Configure and support various MFA technologies including PingID, Okta Verify, and FIDO2.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex federation authentication issues by analyzing logs and diagnosing provisioning challenges.
Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of global federation infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance to administrators and end-users on federation-related topics.
Document federation configurations, processes, and procedures while staying updated on industry trends.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience with Okta and Ping Federate.
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of identity systems.
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Okta Identity Engine (OIE), and Ping Federate.
Experience implementing SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
Experience supporting large-scale environments with over 10,000 users.
Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Ping Federate/PingOne, or Microsoft Entra ID are preferred.
