What you'll do

  • Optimize access certification processes to improve review quality, reduce manual effort, and strengthen compliance outcomes.
  • Analyze entitlement models with business units to identify birthright access, role optimization, and rationalization opportunities.
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and governance recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of certification programs.
  • Manage the onboarding of applications and entitlement data into the SailPoint platform using various integration methods.
  • Guide application teams through SailPoint onboarding standards, technical requirements, and best practices.
  • Configure, test, and support application onboarding activities throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Support integrations utilizing Active Directory, databases, flat files, and RESTful/Web APIs for automated provisioning.
  • Track project progress via JIRA and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • 3–5 years of experience with access certification and improving certification processes.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SailPoint application integration, onboarding, or administration.
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with SailPoint or comparable IGA solutions.
  • Experience working with APIs, identity data feeds, access provisioning, and entitlement management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • 2–3 years of experience using JIRA or similar Agile tools (preferred); 1–2 years using Confluence or SharePoint (preferred).
