What you'll do

Resolve sophisticated technical issues for enterprise customers regarding AI and HPC server technologies.
Own and resolve customer issues during product installation, operation, maintenance, and application.
Troubleshoot hardware and software using GPUs, AI accelerators, and high-speed interconnects.
Utilize ML frameworks and tools such as Spark, Kubernetes, and Ceph to support customers.
Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support and R&D teams.
Provide independent analysis and problem-solving to improve the overall customer experience.
Act as the main technical point of contact for customer inquiries and debugging.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Profound knowledge and experience with Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA).
Expertise with data center virtualization concepts and trends, including VMWARE, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to lead resolution for critical customer issues.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision.
Experience troubleshooting and solving problems in large-scale HPC network environments (preferred).
Experience as a developer or support escalation team member for large enterprise customers or service providers (preferred).
