What you'll do

Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute and HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments.
Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, partners, and enterprise customers to implement large-scale projects.
Act as the domain expert during planning calls and implementation phases with partner networks.
Create handover documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customer rollouts of complex systems.
Provide feedback to internal teams by identifying bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting product improvements.
Optimize AI factory performance through system design, networking, automation, and validation.
Resolve technical issues for hardware and software products during field deployments and customer interactions.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
Minimum of a four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Linux system administration, including process management, kernel management, and network routing/tuning.
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, and Ansible.
Experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, or UGE.
Ability to travel to customer sites within the United States up to 30% of the time.
Experience with benchmarking tools (HPL, NCCL tests, MLPerf) and Kubernetes (preferred).
Experience with InfiniBand, GPU hardware/software, MPI, Lustre or GPFS storage, and OEM GPU platforms (preferred).
