What you'll do

Deploy, manage, and validate AI Compute and HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments.
Serve as the primary domain expert for partners during project planning and implementation.
Create handover documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customer system rollouts.
Provide feedback to internal teams by opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
Analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI Compute projects involving networking and system design.
Perform performance reporting, optimization, logging, and advanced network tuning.
Execute benchmarking using tools such as HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf.
Refine NVIDIA’s reference architectures and partner enablement programs based on field feedback.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
Minimum of a four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Linux system administration, including process management, kernel management, and network routing.
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, and Ansible.
Experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, or UGE.
Ability to travel to customer sites within the United States up to 30% of the time.
Experience with benchmarking tools like HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf, as well as Kubernetes experience.
Experience with InfiniBand, GPU hardware/software, MPI, Lustre/GPFS, or OEM GPU platforms (preferred).
