What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or related roles.
Proven track record of improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence at scale.
Strong expertise in recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance management.
Experience building enablement programs to enhance hiring manager effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong program management and change management capabilities.
