What you'll do

• Lead the design and evolution of a tiered shared services model to improve efficiency.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements for HR technology platforms.
• Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 team members, fostering a culture of customer-centricity.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal employment laws and internal audit requirements.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR shared services roles.
• Deep expertise in tiered HR service delivery models and process optimization.
• Strong fluency in AI, automation, and Lean methodologies for business improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and similar HR platforms.
• Proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change management.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
