Prepare content for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Track status, risks, and headcount for business line leaders and program managers.
Drive annual planning for the Mission Systems Division during corporate cycles.
Support staffing and hiring initiatives to meet critical business needs.
Build data and system infrastructure for organizational operations.
Manage internal and external communications for the Mission Systems Division.

What we're looking for

8+ years of relevant work experience, including technical engineering or business roles.
Strong communication skills across various organizational levels and functions.
Experience interfacing with leadership and executives to facilitate meetings and engagements.
Ability to solve operational problems using both data-driven and people-centric approaches.
Capable of executing tactical tasks while developing strategic solutions for complex issues.
High ownership and capacity to manage multiple large projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Top Secret security clearance required.
