What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience in B2B technology, preferably SaaS.
  • 7+ years managing distributed sales teams in complex, cross-functional GTM environments.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and managing complex sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success improving key sales performance metrics like win rate and pipeline quality.
  • Strong command of value-based selling methodologies with experience using frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Executive presence to influence internal stakeholders and engage C-level buyers credibly.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity, evolving market dynamics, and driving sustained growth.
