Head of Containerization Enablement - Director

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the enterprise containerization strategy including vision, roadmap, and benefits measurement.
• Ensure technical, security, and compliance requirements are met for the containerization platform and lifecycle management.
• Define best practices and provide support materials for application teams adopting containerization.
• Drive organizational change in mindset, process, and ways of working to enable large-scale containerization success.
• Build trusted relationships with leadership across engineering and business lines to promote containerization adoption.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrable technical depth in containerization and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud architecture.
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption at enterprise scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory implications in financial services.
• Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks for technology adoption.
