Head of Application Services

What you'll do

• Lead the evolution of IAM strategy to address AI agents and non-human identities.
• Standardize Identity Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Active Directory functions globally.
• Create and execute a pioneering vision for Application Services within identity management.
• Optimize engagement models for IAM platforms to enhance digital employee experience.
• Champion innovation by driving automation and modern identity standards adoption.
• Manage cloud and hybrid identity environments to maximize enterprise value.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience in Application Services or identity and access management.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within IAM, cloud identity, or enterprise directory services.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Access Management platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience designing governance for non-human identities, AI agents, and automated workloads.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale IT initiatives in Fortune 500 environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Established reputation as a bold thinking, progressive executive exceeding stakeholders’ expectations.
