As a Hardware Platform Architect within the Engineering Group, you will architect, plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, circuits, and both Digital and Analog systems for products in the IoT market space. Your daily work involves conducting detailed reviews of designs to ensure they meet specific power, performance, area, compliance, and cost requirements while performing specialized analyses like signal integrity and power integrity. To succeed, you will utilize schematic capture and circuit simulation software, alongside standard measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and DMMs. This role focuses on solving complex hardware integration challenges for a wide range of devices from handheld units to industrial computing.

What you'll do

Architect, design, and evaluate electronic systems for retail and industrial equipment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of hardware engineering experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 1+ year of hardware engineering experience.
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with hardware system design, system integration, schematic capture, and circuit simulation software (preferred).
Experience with hardware system validation and standard measurement instruments like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and DMMs (preferred).
Ability to travel internationally to India, Taiwan, Europe, and China as required by project schedules (preferred).
