What you'll do

  • Support organizational process compliance by managing the Hardware Development Process Implementation.
  • Lead product development activities and provide technical guidance for hardware projects.
  • Coordinate card and unit level design, integration, test, and debug of hardware components.
  • Ensure technical integrity and completeness of all deliverables in project management.
  • Manage customer interfaces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders during project execution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field with at least 9 years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 7 years.
  • Experience coordinating design, integration, test, and debug for hardware, software, and firmware components.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of process reviews, audits, and compliance in a technical environment.
  • Practical laboratory testing experience with analog, RF, or digital hardware using specialized equipment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government DoD security clearance at the Secret level.
