What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical design principles, including tolerance analysis and validation testing.
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and implementing quality control measures.
  • Competency in SPC, FMEA, 8D/Corrective Action, and risk assessment methodologies.
