What we're looking for
- BSME/BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in new product development.
- Hands-on expertise in interconnect and connector technologies at application and component levels.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical design principles, including tolerance analysis and validation testing.
- Strong program management skills with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and implementing quality control measures.
- Competency in SPC, FMEA, 8D/Corrective Action, and risk assessment methodologies.
