What you'll do

Lead Hardware Engineers to synchronize engineering, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
Develop innovative solutions for complex problems aligned with program objectives.
Issue formal design approvals or non-conformance reports through PLM tools.
Create CREO layouts and detailed drawings for various components and assemblies.
Generate HW architectural layouts for system interfaces between systems and subsystems.
Derive hardware requirements from customer specifications and integrate them into designs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of hardware engineering experience
Experience developing mechanical design engineering principles and industry practices
Ability to issue formal design approvals and manage non-conformance reports through PLM tools
Proficiency in CREO for layout and detailed drawing generation for various components
Experience deriving hardware requirements from customer specifications and building BOMs
Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams through major technical reviews
Knowledge of Agile methodologies in Hardware Engineering processes
