The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, 5+ years of professional experience, and 2+ years in technical leadership roles with proven hardware design work from concept to sustainment. Experience in digital module or subsystem development and planning technical solutions through various stages is highly desired.

What you'll do

  • Act as technical liaison between Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management for resource alignment.
  • Facilitate weekly IPT status meetings to ensure transparent communication among stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates in oral and written form to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee subsystem development, build, and test activities to meet schedule and quality requirements.
  • Foster close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering discipline required
  • 5+ years of professional experience in hardware development
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage subsystem development from concept to sustainment
  • Experience in leading technical reviews and boards
  • Knowledge of dealing with subcontractors and managing technical solutions
  • CAM or WPM experience preferred
