Additionally, you will partner with Business Technology on system optimization and strategic requirements for the CI platform, requiring expertise in sales operations, revenue operations, and field process design, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce and conversational intelligence tools like Gong.

What you'll do

  • Ensure CI workflows reinforce defined sales methodology and are measurable in daily processes.
  • Design standard processes for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams to integrate CI insights at key milestones.
  • Establish procedural requirements for using CI to streamline transitions between sales teams.
  • Partner with Analytics & Operations teams to turn conversational data into business intelligence.
  • Develop process for using CI as a "truth mechanism" to audit CRM accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Define and manage Trackers and Themes providing real-time visibility into market trends and gaps.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows integrating with technical infrastructure.
  • Strong business acumen to identify conversational trends impacting broader strategy.
  • Expert-level strategic stakeholder skills for representing field and ops needs to tech teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and their operational process translation.
  • High familiarity with CI landscape (e.g., Gong) and Salesforce, focusing on productivity.
