Group Product Manager, Money Movement

What you'll do

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for every fund flow.
• Build the controls infrastructure to verify risk, compliance, and financial controls before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across payment rails, blockchain networks, and ledgers.
• Scale correctness by deploying AI agents to propose controls, triage alerts, and remediate issues.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to establish control ownership and accountability.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Deep expertise in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement, payment processing, transfers, ledgers, or reconciliation.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, and reconciliation.
• Experience designing preventive and detective controls.
• Demonstrated ability to set and enforce standards across organizational boundaries in highly regulated environments.
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency.
