TL;DR · Group Product Manager, Enterprise Data

The Group Product Manager, Enterprise Data will join the Data Foundations team to lead the transformation of enterprise data into an agent-first context layer. This leader will define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Business Object Model, establishing canonical definitions for business concepts. Key responsibilities include creating reusable agent context, metadata, lineage, and policy-aware access patterns while replacing legacy human-centric workflows with automated, intent-driven self-service consumption. The role requires translating complex requirements into platform capabilities for applications, AI agents, and analysts. Candidates must possess expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance. Preferred technical skills include experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS data services, knowledge graphs, ontologies, and fine-grained access control systems to solve the problem of providing clean, connected business context in an agentic world.

What you'll do

  • Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Context Layer and Agent-First Data Consumption.
  • Lead the transformation from human-centric data workflows toward agent-first, intent-driven, and self-service consumption experiences.
  • Establish product requirements for agent-consumable semantics, metadata, lineage, data quality, and policy signals.
  • Partner with engineering to create reusable, scalable interfaces for both human and machine consumers.
  • Design mechanisms for automated, fine-grained, and policy-aware access control to replace manual ticket-driven processes.
  • Translate complex business semantics and technical constraints into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Own the cross-portfolio go-to-market and customer success strategy to drive adoption of context-layer capabilities.
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience across enterprise data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, AI, developer platforms, or related technical products.
  • Demonstrated success leading platform transformations that replaced fragmented or bespoke workflows with reusable enterprise capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of modern enterprise data architecture, including data modeling, metadata, governance, data quality, lineage, and data consumption patterns.
  • Experience defining platform abstractions and paved paths that hide infrastructure complexity while preserving flexibility for sophisticated users.
  • Strong understanding of semantic data concepts, including canonical models, business entities, semantic layers, or comparable enterprise modeling approaches.
  • Experience building or leading products consumed by developers, analysts, data scientists, AI systems, or other technical customers.
  • Strong understanding of AI and agentic architectures, including how agents discover, retrieve, interpret, and act on enterprise context.
  • Experience with enterprise authorization, access control, policy enforcement, data privacy, or governance systems.
  • Experience leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing product managers.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS data services, or comparable modern data platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, enterprise business object models, entity resolution, or canonical data models (preferred).
  • Experience with fine-grained access control, policy engines, consent, purpose-based access, or automated data governance (preferred).
