What you'll do

  • Build production-grade full-stack applications including frontend interfaces, backend services, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Develop and integrate AI, ML, and LLM capabilities such as RAG pipelines and agentic workflows into client applications.
  • Modernize legacy systems while building new cloud-native architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns.
  • Write clean, testable code across multiple languages and perform rigorous peer code reviews.
  • Create and integrate automated tests including unit, integration, and system tests throughout the development process.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure to ensure reliable production deployments.
  • Mentor other developers through pair programming, code reviews, and real-time technical feedback.
  • Communicate technical risks, blockers, and architectural changes to product leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in an application development role across the full software lifecycle.
  • Must have at least 3 years of proven experience in full-stack web development.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience with modern software product development, integration, and delivery.
  • Must have at least 3 years of hands-on development experience in a collaborative team environment using agile principles and automated DevOps tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required.
  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning is preferred for candidates with experience in applied algorithms.
  • Experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into production applications and using AI coding tools like Claude or Cursor is preferred.
  • Security Clearance.
