GPU Power Efficiency Engineer

As a GPU Power Efficiency Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will design and manufacture next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You are responsible for generating and analyzing performance versus power efficiency projections for each generation of GPU throughout the entire project lifecycle from concept to silicon. Your daily work involves driving methodologies for accuracy in efficiency curves while collaborating across architecture, power, performance, silicon validation, thermals, and technology teams. You will set power targets, determine feature impacts on efficiency, and incorporate silicon data to refine models. To succeed, you must possess experience in the semiconductor industry with expertise in power, silicon technology, or performance. Required technical skills include proficiency in Python, VBA, or other coding languages, alongside core competencies in data analysis, Excel, and specialized knowledge of GPU workloads.
