Your daily responsibilities include defining on-die power switch topologies, wake-up schemes, in-rush control, and coordinating bump maps and RDL routing. You will build test structures, automation, and analysis methodologies while performing Power Integrity, EM, and ESD analysis to provide design solutions. The role requires proficiency in Signal/Power Integrity checks including Electromigration, Static IR, and Dynamic Voltage drop. You will utilize global power integrity tools like Redhawk or Voltus to solve complex challenges involving large SoC designs with high frequencies and advanced integration techniques.
