GPU Electrical Analysis Engineer

As a GPU Electrical Analysis Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will drive electrical analysis closure from early design planning through tapeout for next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient GPUs. You will collaborate with the Physical Design team to develop power grid specifications balancing power integrity targets with PNR performance, power, and area. Your daily responsibilities include defining on-die power switch topologies, wake-up schemes, in-rush control, and performing Power Integrity, EM, and ESD analysis. You will also develop test structures, automation, and methodologies while coordinating bump maps, custom RDL routing, and package design. Required skills include experience with Signal/Power Integrity checks such as Electromigration, Static IR, and Dynamic Voltage drop using tools like Redhawk or Voltus. The role addresses complex challenges in large SoC designs exceeding 20M gates at frequencies over 1GHz using innovative technologies.
