What you'll do

Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis to optimize cost structures and ensure supply continuity.
Manage the supply base by implementing a precise supplier stratification model and executing on documented playbooks.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
Analyze supplier operations to assess technical capability for rapid deployment of new product development.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major component distributors and manufacturers in the industry.

What we're looking for

6+ years of procurement experience in Custom Silicon and OSAT sourcing.
Strong understanding of Silicon Foundry and OSAT manufacturing supply chains, global commodity markets, and pricing trends.
Experience managing product development (EVT), new product introduction (NPI), and mass production (MP) processes.
Technical knowledge in a commodity such as OSAT manufacturing or related processes.
Proven success working on cross-functional projects, completing cost models, benchmarking, and negotiations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
