What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis to optimize cost structures and ensure supply continuity.
  • Manage the supply base by implementing a precise supplier stratification model and executing on documented playbooks.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
  • Analyze supplier operations to assess technical capability for rapid deployment of new product development.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major component distributors and manufacturers in the industry.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of procurement experience in Custom Silicon and OSAT sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of Silicon Foundry and OSAT manufacturing supply chains, global commodity markets, and pricing trends.
  • Experience managing product development (EVT), new product introduction (NPI), and mass production (MP) processes.
  • Technical knowledge in a commodity such as OSAT manufacturing or related processes.
  • Proven success working on cross-functional projects, completing cost models, benchmarking, and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
