Senior Associate Technical Security Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a book of work spanning multiple security-related programs and projects.
• Manage external vendors to implement corporate security solutions and ATM deployments.
• Oversee contracted managed services providers to ensure project success.
• Develop security plans and determine specific device deployments.
• Prepare executive-level reports to track project targets, budgets, and risks.
• Lead working groups to address technical security operations and product support.
• Update and maintain data within various project management databases.
• Use Bluebeam and AutoCAD to manage construction documents and floor plans.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in a security-related position.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale and small end-to-end projects.
• Expert project management skills in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of physical security technology including PSIM, PIAM, PACS, VMS, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ability to manipulate data and create CSV files for system uploads.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports to track targets, budgets, and project roadblocks.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD for managing construction documents and floor plans.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture and design (preferred).
