Real Estate Business Management Associate

What you'll do

• Prepare routine and ad-hoc business management reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct quantitative and logical analyses to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Maintain data integrity within source systems while ensuring accurate reporting.
• Implement and support process improvements across regional and functional organizations.
• Manage meeting logistics, including goal setting, tracking action items, and documenting outcomes.
• Distill complex problems into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations with a focus on data visualization.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a chief of staff role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive insights and decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LLM prompting, and tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or Databricks.
• Experience in real estate (preferred).
