What you'll do

  • Review immigration petitions and applications for accuracy to ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and escalate issues promptly to maintain case resolution timelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align and comply with legal and talent acquisition requirements.
  • Contribute to scalable practices and program enhancements to improve transparency and employee experience.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in US immigration within a high-volume environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of US immigration categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, green card).
  • Experience managing multiple immigration cases with accuracy and care.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with employees and partners.
  • Familiarity with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to program enhancements.
  • Experience with Americas immigration, particularly Canada and Mexico.
